The product

LaunchNow is a digital AI agent skill designed to help you launch products faster. It provides guided workflows and skill content so your AI coding agent can help create product foundations such as landing pages, authentication, payments, blog/SEO setup, backend wiring, and deployment scripts.

LaunchNow is not a hosted SaaS application that runs your product for you. It is a skill and workflow system you attach to your own AI coding agent and use in your own development environment.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract to purchase LaunchNow. By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted to Stripe.

Accounts and delivery

After a successful one-time payment, LaunchNow is typically delivered by granting access through GitHub and sending related notice to the email associated with your GitHub account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your GitHub account and for keeping invitation details confidential.

License grant

Subject to these Terms and your completed purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LaunchNow to build, customize, and launch your own products — including commercial products.

You may reuse LaunchNow across multiple of your own product launches. Lifetime updates, when provided, are included for your licensed use of LaunchNow.

License restrictions

Unless we give prior written permission, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or otherwise make the LaunchNow skill source, prompts, or proprietary workflow materials available to others as a standalone product.
• Share your GitHub access invitation or private LaunchNow materials with people who have not purchased their own license.
• Remove proprietary notices from LaunchNow materials.
• Use LaunchNow to build a competing AI launch-skill product that substantially copies LaunchNow's proprietary materials.
• Use LaunchNow in any unlawful, infringing, or abusive way.

What LaunchNow is — and is not

LaunchNow helps your AI coding agent handle repetitive launch work. Results depend on your prompts, your chosen AI coding agent, third-party services you connect (such as Stripe or Supabase), and your own customizations.

LaunchNow does not lock you into a single template or coding style. You remain free to use your preferred boilerplates, frameworks, UI libraries, and design choices.

LaunchNow does not guarantee that every generated project will be production-ready without review, that a product will achieve any particular business outcome, or that third-party services will remain free or unchanged.

Purchases, pricing, and taxes

LaunchNow is sold as a one-time purchase at the price displayed at checkout. Prices and promotional compare-at amounts may change. Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown before applicable taxes. Stripe processes payment on our behalf.

Refunds

Because LaunchNow is a digital product delivered by granting access to skill materials, all sales are generally final once access has been provided.

If a payment fails, you are not charged and no license is granted. If you were charged but never received access due to a delivery issue on our side, contact us and we will work to restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.

Updates

We may continue improving LaunchNow with new techniques, workflows, and best practices. Purchasers receive lifetime updates to the Product as we make them available. We do not promise a specific update schedule, and we may change or discontinue features as the product evolves.

Third-party services

Using LaunchNow often involves third-party tools such as AI coding agents, Stripe, Supabase, GitHub, hosting providers, and other services. Those tools are subject to their own terms, pricing, and policies. You are solely responsible for accounts, credentials, compliance, and costs associated with third-party services you use.

Intellectual property

LaunchNow, including its skill materials, branding, website content, and related intellectual property, remains owned by LaunchNow / Brandon and its licensors. Your purchase gives you a license to use the Product as described in these Terms — not ownership of LaunchNow itself.

Products you build with LaunchNow are yours, subject to any third-party rights in code, content, or services you incorporate.

Disclaimer of warranties

LaunchNow is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that LaunchNow will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every AI agent or toolchain, or that it will produce any specific revenue, traffic, or launch outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchNow and its creator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of LaunchNow.

Our total liability for any claim related to LaunchNow will not exceed the amount you paid for LaunchNow in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LaunchNow and its creator from claims arising out of your misuse of the Product, your violation of these Terms, or products and services you build and offer using LaunchNow.

Termination

Your license continues while you comply with these Terms. If you materially breach these Terms — including unauthorized redistribution of LaunchNow — we may revoke access and terminate your license. Sections that by nature should survive termination (including license restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of LaunchNow after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use.
